Wholesale Bedding & Furniture Direct mattresses are fully covered by specific factory warranties from all our manufactures as well as Posturecraft, a company that has been making quality mattresses for more than 16+ years.  We sell terrific mattress sets made by select, topnotch regional suppliers.

By example, Posturecraft Warrants that their mattress products will be free from manufacturing defects described in their warranty (hereafter referred to as the "limited non-prorated warranty").  The limited non-prorated warranty set forth herein is the only warranty for Posturecraft mattresses and boxspring and may not be modified.

length and conditions . . .
This limited non-prorated warranty starts on the date of purchase.  To determine the length of this warranty, refer to the product label. 

If a defect that is covered during the warranty period occurs, Posturecraft will repair or replace, at their option, the defective mattress and/or boxspring, if replacement is required, Posturecraft may substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like components are not available.

Circumstances for validity . . .
1.  You must be the original purchaser from an authorized Posturecraft Dealer.
2.  You must provide a copy of the original store purchase receipt, proof of purchase date and
     purchase price.
3.  Transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer.  You must provide
     transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Posturecraft facility to
     either return the product for repair or replacement of the product.

Not covered by the warranty . . .
1.  The mattress or boxspring fabric cover
2.  Slight body impressions (less than 2 inches).
3.  Bent border wire due to mishandling or sitting on side of bed.
4.  Handles - for positioning the mattress only; not intended to support full mattress weight.
5.  Comfort preference.
6.  Sheet fit.
7.  Transportation charges.
8.  Excessive abuse.
9.  Soil or stains.

A Posturecraft mattress is designed for full performance when used with a matching foundation as a total sleep system.  If used without any foundation or used on a faulty foundation, resulting mattress damage will void your warranty.

Posturecraft reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this limited warranty when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.

Body impressions . . .
Your sleeping position may result in body impressions.  This is normal and not a structural defect but merely the localized compacting of upholstery materials.  Severe impressions are body impressions which exceed 2 inches in depth below the normal level of the product.  Severe impressions are covered by this warranty.

Your rights under state law . . .
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you the specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
